Miniroos
The Miniroos program is the FFA program for U7–U11 age groups. It facilitates the development of players through progressive and complementary phases with training and game structures suited to each age group.
COMPETITION FORMAT
Under 7 – 4 v 4 (optimum team number 6 max 7 no goal keeper).
Under 8/9 – 7 v 7 (optimum team number 9 max 11 includes goal keeper).
Under 10/11 – 9 v 9 (optimum team number 12 max 14 includes goal keeper).
FV format based on graded teams A-Kangaroo, B-Wallaby and C-Joeys.
Scores are not recorded and are not to be published on social media.
Mixed teams including boys and girls.
Girls only teams also established in season 2025.
Matches played on Sundays; both home and away.
Team based football with home and away fixture against other clubs.
Parents required to get involved with Team manager role, Refereeing and Game Day duties.
